As Deputy Manager you will be:
- Providing specialist nursing support and advice and taking responsibility for resident care
- Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
- Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
- Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the home
