We are seeking a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join one of the UKs leading care home providers. As Deputy Manager you will be:
  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice and taking responsibility for resident care
  • Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
  • Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
  • Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the home
