- Managing a full caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, and Children Act matters.
- Offering guidance and supervision to junior team members to ensure high-quality service and professional development.
- Providing expert advice on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, and complex financial cases.
- Contributing to the development and marketing of the Family department, helping to expand the firm's client base and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, counsel, and other professionals involved in family law matters.
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Family law, with experience in privately funded matters.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
- A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the Family department.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
