We work closely with SMEs, startups, and multinational corporations across a wide range of industries, particularly within the physical sciences - including automotive, high-end audio, and cutting-edge engineering.

We are looking for a part-qualified or qualified Patent Attorney with a specialism in physics-related innovations to join our team. Responsibilities but not limited to:-

  • Prepare and manage patent applications for physics-related innovations across various industries.
  • Independently handle a range of client accounts, providing strategic IP advice.
  • Advise clients on patentability, freedom-to-operate, and enforcement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending industry events as needed.
  • Stay up to date with IP laws, regulations, and emerging industry trends.

Skills and Experience

  • A part-qualified or fully qualified Patent Attorney (CIPA or EQE finals candidates welcome).
  • A strong academic background in Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience handling patents within the physical sciences-automotive, mechanical, or high-tech innovations.
  • A commercially minded approach, capable of managing client portfolios with independence.
  • A proactive individual who enjoys networking and business development.

What we offer

  • Competitive Salary qualified 75k – 95k and part qualified 55k-65k
