The Company:

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, supervising a Team of 3, the position is to carry out customer administration duties promptly, efficiently and accurately, and ensure the smooth running of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all activities in the department to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Manage the staff within the department as required.
  • Ensure all aspects of the Admin Department are carried out correctly, for customers, brokers, handing insurance claims, invoicing and settlements.
  • Handle high level queries from high profile customers.
  • To attend senior management meetings as required and present departmental information as required.
  • Check and reconcile monthly KPI information from suppliers.
  • Check and sign off credit notes and purchase orders, within the agreed parameters.
  • Run reports on a monthly basis to ensure that customers are working within agreed parameters.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in managing complex administration tasks. Ideally, you will have prior experience in managing/supervising colleagues.
