We currently have a superb opportunity available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

ā¢ Experience within residential lettingsā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsā¢ First-class customer service skillsā¢ ARLA/NFoPP qualifications would be beneficialā¢ Be confident and well presentedā¢ Ambitious and self-motivatedā¢ Work well in a team as well as independentlyā¢ Good knowledge of the Microsoft packagesā¢ Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of Ā£25,000, plus on target earnings of c. Ā£38,000. Benefits include holiday allowance, pension scheme, free parking, incentives, development and training and more! Our client also offers excellent scope for progression.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4.30pm. A lieu day is offered on the Friday when you work a Saturday.
