Vacancy: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Beaconsfield, HP10
Salary: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for an established professional property company with offices in Beaconsfield.
The company are specifically looking for a candidate who has previously worked in the Commercial Property sector.
You will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and as such will require various skills in client contact, property management, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, accounting, as well as negotiating and interpreting leases, renewals, rent reviews and licences.
A proven background in commercial property would be beneficial in addition to qualifications within property management.

Skills required for this Commercial Property Managerrole will include:

- High standard of written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Full clean UK driving license
