Are you an experienced and passionate Grill Restaurant Manager with a flair for leading a team and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel.

As the Grill Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience while managing a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment. You will be leading a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving service standards to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team to ensure high standards of service, while encouraging development and growth within the team.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a welcoming, engaging, and professional atmosphere at all times.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the grill restaurant, ensuring smooth service in a luxury environment that upholds the highest standards.

  • Provide staff development and training, ensuring each team member feels motivated, valued, and well-equipped to perform to their best ability.

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest reservations and seating arrangements to quality control and inventory management.

  • Foster a positive, efficient, and collaborative working environment, ensuring the team is aligned with the hotel's high standards of luxury hospitality.
