Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking for a short-term role in finance? My client are seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to join the team for a 4-8 week contract.
Location: Beaconsfield
Duration: 4-8 weeks (filling in for someone joining who is currently working a notice)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase ledger transactions.enerate and issue customer invoices.
- Monitor outstanding payments and assist with credit control.
- Post and allocate customer receipts to accounts.
- Resolve any queries related to sales invoices and payments.Data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Preparing financial reports and managing spreadsheets.
- Supporting month-end processes and compliance checks.
- Administrative duties to support the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally including purchase and sales ledger duties.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Immediately Available to start.
