Team Secretary
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Our client is a privately owned, award winning regional house builder that delivers stunning homes in desirable locations across the Homes Counties and South East.
They are looking for a Team Secretary to support their Regional Managing Director and Construction Director based from their head office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
The Role
- Plan the Regional Managing Director’s and Construction Director’s work schedule to maximise the use of their time.
- Manage all emails, diaries, meeting arrangements and correspondence, screening and responding to as appropriate.
- Arrange regular meetings, circulate agendas and actions. Ensuring these are followed up with updates prior to the next meeting.
- Support with collating and recording a range of information from our site teams, including health and safety and quality.
- Create and manage a streamlined process for the payment of utility and council tax bills for all stock plots.
- Schedule training for the site management team in line with renewal dates.
- Take a proactive approach to supporting the regional teams with any other tasks that are required to aid the effective operation of the region.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role supporting Directors.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Flexible and able to adapt to what is required.
- Enjoys working independently, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Approachable and easily builds positive relationships with colleagues.
