Team Secretary

Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Our client is a privately owned, award winning regional house builder that delivers stunning homes in desirable locations across the Homes Counties and South East.

They are looking for a Team Secretary to support their Regional Managing Director and Construction Director based from their head office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

The Role

  • Plan the Regional Managing Director’s and Construction Director’s work schedule to maximise the use of their time.
  • Manage all emails, diaries, meeting arrangements and correspondence, screening and responding to as appropriate.
  • Arrange regular meetings, circulate agendas and actions. Ensuring these are followed up with updates prior to the next meeting.
  • Support with collating and recording a range of information from our site teams, including health and safety and quality.
  • Create and manage a streamlined process for the payment of utility and council tax bills for all stock plots.
  • Schedule training for the site management team in line with renewal dates.
  • Take a proactive approach to supporting the regional teams with any other tasks that are required to aid the effective operation of the region.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role supporting Directors.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to what is required.
  • Enjoys working independently, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Approachable and easily builds positive relationships with colleagues.
