About Us

Naughty and Nice is a brand-new, innovative concept that gives customers a unique choice upon arrival. Turn left, and they enter the Naughty sideoffering indulgent milkshakes, cake-shakes, waffles, and ice cream. Turn right, and they step into the Nice sideserving healthy smoothies, juices, protein shakes, acai bowls, and coffee. With ambitious plans to expand this year, were looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship location in Beaconsfield.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a strong team culture. Youll play a key role in shaping and growing the brand as we expand into new locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service in store.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety are maintained.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Handle staff scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
  • Work closely with the business owner to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Support the brands growth and expansion, contributing ideas and feedback.
