Travel Sales Specialists wanted to join a dynamic, fun and growing bespoke Travel Agency. This is a full-time office based role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, with a requirement to work weekends on a rota basis and with the option of overtime when required.
ROLE:
- Answering and responding to all enquiries and brochure requests in a prompt and professional manner.
- Creating and producing imaginative itineraries using expert knowledge.
- Managing a portfolio of personal clients.
- Creating a brilliant, ongoing and accessible relationship with your guests.
- Managing booking administration from enquiry to return.
- Attending shows, exhibitions and events on behalf of the company when necessary (this may include weekends).
- Working to sales targets and KPIs set on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (individual & team).
REQUIREMENTS:
- A natural affinity for sales and customer service, with a passion for travel.
- Travel or luxury brand sales experience required.
- Knowledge of airline GDS preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills.
- Smart, professional and passionate disposition.
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
- Hands on approach and a willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
