As a Customer Service & Office Administrator you would be a crucial part of the small supportive team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in thoroughness, and wants to make a difference every day in a welcoming, rural work environment.

As the Customer Service & Office Administrator, you would be a key part of both our customer experience and daily office operations. You’ll handle customer communications, process orders accurately, and ensure the smooth functioning of our office, balancing customer-focused service with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: Address customer inquiries with warmth and professionalism, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported via phone, email, and social media.

• Order Management: Process customer orders from start to finish, coordinating with the distribution team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

• Office Organisation: Maintain efficient office operations, including data entry, documentmanagement, and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.

• System Use & Troubleshooting: Utilise office and customer service software effectively, with basic troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, sharing insights to enhance both customer satisfaction and internal efficiencies.

• Data & Reporting: Prepare accurate reports and support the team with data insights, aiding in informed decision-making.

This is a full time, Monday-Friday role.
