The Role:

We are seeking a Temporary HSE Administrator to support our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department at our Beaminster client. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HSE Manager in implementing HSE policies and standards.
  • Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and SAP.
  • Support risk assessments, keeping records updated and ensuring action plans are on track.
  • Arrange HSE audits, meetings, and improvement plans.
  • Log and track safety observations, providing daily updates to the HSE Manager.
  • Assist in HSE communication and awareness initiatives across the site.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Strong administrative skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using SharePoint and SAP.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Health and Safety administration (training provided).
  • Backgroynd in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • HSE knowledge or qualification (preferred but not required).
