Shift Based: 4 on 5 off, 5 on 4 off 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am
Factory based, commutable from Beaminster, Dorchester, Yeovil, Ilminster, Axminster, Weymouth, Taunton and Surrounding Areas.

On offer is a Shift Production Supervisor role working on a rotating shift pattern where you will be responsible for managing the daily production team, optimising processes and improving efficiency. You will work on a rotating shift pattern that includes days and nights and receive both further training and great progression opportunities.
This role would suit a Production / Warehouse / Manufacturing supervisor that is happy working shifts, including nights and is looking to progress their career both technically and vertically.
