We are looking for a Packing Operative in Beaminster.
This role would be suited to someone with previous experience within a packing environment, ideally within food however this is not essential as full on the job training is provided. My client highly values reliability and a good can do attitude.

Job Requirements:
- Working to a high level ofsafety
- Packing final product
- Stock control
- Batching of ingredients
- Running and monitoring operation
- Timely reporting of plant issues
- Small maintenance duties
- Team problem-solving activities
What skills you need:
- IT confident. For example: Excel, Word and Outlook
- You will be a team player but also able to operate independently
- Always maintain a high standard of work
- Reliable and can do attitude
- Counter balance forklift truck licence preferred.
- Experience working within a process/packing environment desirable but not essential as full on the job training is provided
- Basic food hygiene / health and safety qualifications

Working Hours:
This role is working on a shift rotational basis and does include some nights every month. My client is slightly flexible with shifts in some ways but any shift pattern would include some nights. You may be offered overtime to cover shifts as required by my client on top of your normal shift pattern.
