Do you have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a proactive Business Administrator to join our client in Beccles. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including consumable ordering, filing, inputting hours for wages, and assisting with payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage office consumables and supplies.
  • Maintain and organise filing systems.
  • Process holiday requests.
  • Input employee hours for wage calculations and collate data.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Act as the first point of contact on the telephones.
  • Meet and greet visitors and contractors.
  • Make coffees and teas as required.
  • Scan and print documents.
  • Enter drawings into the drawing register.
  • Provide general administrative support and help around the office.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.

Skills & Qualifications : 

  • Qualifications in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
