Job Description:

You will focus on the design and development of machinery and plant systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems for complex machinery and plant installations.

Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed mechanical designs for machinery and plant equipment, including 3D models, detailed drawings, and specifications using CAD software (SolidWorks, etc.).
* Perform material selection to ensure the designs are robust, manufacturable, and meet functional requirements.
* Work closely with the production, electrical, and automation teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with other systems.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for component sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.
* Support project management teams with design data, timelines, and technical guidance during the project lifecycle.
* Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design reports, technical specifications, and user manuals.
* Identify opportunities to improve design processes and optimize product performance, cost, and reliability.
* Stay up to date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical design.
