Location: Beccles
Salary: 41,325 for the first 6 months, increasing to 43,500 after probation
Shift Pattern: Double Days (6 am - 2 pm / 2 pm - 10 pm)

We are working with a leading plastics manufacturer based in Beccles, renowned for their high-quality products and innovative approach. They are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated team.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and driving efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (plastics experience is advantageous).
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or HNC in Engineering).
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to teamwork.
