We are supporting a global manufacturing business in their search for an additional Multi-skilled Engineer to join the team. With a healthy order book and enviable customer list, this organisation offers stability and growth for those that join. This is post is Monday to Friday, double day shift. (6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm). Overtime is also available. The business welcomes applications from engineers with either mechanical or electrical bias as long as they have at least level 3 (or equivalent) electrical qualification. The role offers exposure to wide range of assets and opportunity to be involved in a variety of innovative improvement projects.Duties include:
  • Work in a team to deliver sustainable preventative maintenance and reactive and efficient breakdown service on operational equipment
  • Work to set a program of preventative and autonomous maintenance
  • Reactive to breakdowns as required by shift team leader
  • Develop an enthusiastic “can do” methodology to all tasks to be completed
  • To complete all tasks in accordance with the relevant work procedures
  • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally
  • Communicating all relevant information to the engineering team leaders
