- Carry out planned preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise disruption.
- Assist with machine installations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- A relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated systems (desirable).
