- Perform tool changing and fault finding across all production processes.
- Service and prepare tooling, printing plates, inks, and more for tool changes.
- Conduct quality checks and basic servicing/cleaning of machinery.
- Identify and resolve machinery technical issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work space.
- Complete necessary reporting and administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, legislation, and Health & Safety policies.
- Technical qualification in a relevant field.
- Clear and proven competence of recent work in a technical role in an engineering environment, E.G. Motor Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Machinist, Service Engineer or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to fault finding.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward improvement.
