Job Title: Paediatric Nurse/Children's Nurse -COMMUNITY TEAM!
First Option Healthcare PALMS services are currently recruiting for Nurse with paediatric experience to join our PALMS core team and support our 16-year-old female client their home who has experience in working with complex and challenging behaviour children with mild, moderate and severe learning disability.
Overview of Key skills and requirements for this Nurse role:
- Experience in working with Learning Disability service users with multiple complexities (Essential)
- Leadand support Carers on package
- Work positively within team (Essential)
- NG feed (Essential)
- Bowel Management (Essential)
- Medication (Essential)
- Trauma Informed training - (Desirable)
- Familiar with Positive Behavioural Support plan
- Attend in house bespoke training (Essential)
- Licensed Driver- parking available onsite -(Desirable)
