- HR Strategy - Assist in the design, development and implementation of business-driven people strategies that align with business goals.
- Employee Relations - Provide guidance and support on a wide range of people matters which could include conflict resolution, conduct and capability, performance and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion matters.
- Performance management - Provide advice and assistance when required and ensure consistency and compliance are maintained.
- Attraction & Onboarding - Working in partnership with the People Team and the business to develop robust and commercially driven strategies for sourcing, retaining and growing the organisations talent
- HR Analytics - Assist in the co-design of future people dashboards and have the ability to provide insight on a range of people data metrics
- Change Management - Support various business change initiatives and continuously build a culture of continuous improvement across the people agenda
- Projects -Participate and lead in various projects which could include Colleague Wellbeing, EDI, Legal and other business driven requirements.
