I’m proud to be recruiting for an established business on the Norfolk / Suffolk border who are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join their team. The role involves providing technical support and ensuring all planned and unplanned tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to the highest company and customer standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tool, colour, and insert changes for injection moulding processes.
  • Service and prepare tooling, including rebuilding hot runners and checking tolerances.
  • Conduct fault finding on machinery and multi-cavity tooling.
  • Carry out quality checks and basic servicing/cleaning of machinery.
  • Manage post-production tasks and maintain a clean, safe work space.
  • Complete necessary administration and reporting duties.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, with a focus on Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
Requirements for the role
  • Technical qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in an engineering or technical role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to fault finding.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and a conscientious approach to responsibilities.
