Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Projects team.
Role of the Project Manager
To manage and lead complex high-value bespoke automation projects across various sites. You will be the main point of contact for customers, developing and maintaining relationships.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- Manage budget, ricks and opportunities, and quality aspects of projects.
- Manage and monitor project budgets and implement necessary measures to ensure the project is delivered successfully.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date project schedules.
- Planning project resource forecasts for the entire project lifecycle.
- Attend customer meetings on-site and remotely.
- Present project presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements for the Successful Project Manager
- Experience in a Project Manager role.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations with confidence.
- Customer-facing skills.
- Great leadership qualities and communication skills.
- Prior experience in negotiation skills and conflict resolution.
- Good understanding of product costing methodologies.
