Our client, a highly regarded independent Estate Agency, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team in the Beccles area.

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to suitable properties
  • Booking property market appraisals
  • Conducting accompanied viewings with potential purchasers and tenants
  • Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
  • Maintaining a smart and professional appearance, with a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborating with the team to share information and secure additional business
  • Potential involvement in sales progression

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator (Must be recent)
  • A driven, reliable, and trustworthy nature, with a commitment to integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A customer-focused approach with a strong passion for property
  • Superb organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
  • A high level of attention to detail

Working days:

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (Day off in lieu when working a Saturday).
