- Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, promotions, payroll, and pensions.About You:
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification or strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a focus on leveraging technology for process efficiency.
- Passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting individual and business growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
