Our client, a very successful independent estate agency is looking for a Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the near the Beccles area.
They are known for their local expertise and tailored approach to every client. Their commitment to the clients journey is second to none and is what they pride themselves on.
Responsibilities of a Branch Manager:
- Setting targets and leading by example
- Undertaking Market Appraisals (When needed)
- Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face
- Train and develop staff members
- Negotiating offers
- Registering applicants and greeting customers
- Conduct viewings with potential buyers
Requirements of a Branch Manager:
- Proven track record of winning sales instructions
- Sales driven and 'get up and go' attitude
- A proactive and positive approach to business generation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Management experience
- Polite telephone manner
- Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
- Full UK Driving license and access to own vehicle
Working days:
- Monday-Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
- A day off in lieu of each Saturday you work.
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
- Basic salary of up to £28,000
- Realistic OTE of up to £45,000
- 5-day working week
- Full support from the Director
