My client is currently seeking a meticulous Reconciliation Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time basis.

As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in their finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. The successful candidate will be comfortable with data entry tasks and possess the expertise to manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and deferred income. Proficiency as a super user of QuickBooks is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform comprehensive data entry with high accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Manage and record accruals, prepayments, and deferred income in line with accounting principles.
  4. Utilise QuickBooks to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  5. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial compliance and timely month-end close processes.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Reconciliation Accountant.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks as a super user.
