Salary - £32,000 - £40,000

As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- The day to day running of the restaurant.
- Involved in all areas of stock control and gross profit margins.
- Managing and inspiring at team of up to 10+ staff
- Working closely with the Head Chef
- Running the day-to-day operations
- Experienced in running service & standards.
- Coming up with new ideas
- Focusing on attention to detail
- Maintaining brand standards
- Training and development of staff
- Working under pressure
- Be able to think on your feet to solve problems.
The Ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Assistant General Manager with at least 1/2 years experience working in a busy Bar environment.
- Must have worked in busy environments.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Experience working alongside the General Manager
- Must have experience in managing teams.
- Focus on attention to detail.
- Flexible in working hours.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Dealing with senior Managers and Directors
- Good understanding about H&S and food hygiene
- Upbeat personality
- Friendly and upbeat personality
The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent culinary service to the clientele and a proven track record in a fresh food restaurant environment.
