Pump EngineerMain Purpose of the RoleThe Pump Engineer will be responsible for the installation, repairs, and maintenance of various pumping systems.The Role
  • The successful Pump Engineer will join a dedicated team who respond to emergency call outs, repairs, new installations, and routine maintenance of pumping equipment.
  • The role is working full-time Monday to Friday with regular overtime available.
  • The Pump Engineer will be responsible for the installation, repairs, and maintenance of various pumping systems.

Requirements
  • Sound engineering knowledge and experience with booster sets, pressurisation units, submersible pumps and circulation pumps and their associated equipment such as pipework, valves and control panels etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of pump mechanics to be able to diagnose failures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Good dismantling and assembly techniques
  • Effective problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.  
  • Full UK Driving Licence
