Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor the condition and safety of residents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of nursing care, observations, and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Support and assist night shift staff, including nursing assistants and caregivers.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Hold a current Nurse pin (RGN)
• An experienced and motivated nurse, fuelled by a passion for providing exceptional care.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a clear knowledge and understanding of the CQC standards
• The ability to adapt seamlessly to changing circumstances, maintaining a positive and composed approach even in the face of challenges.
