Site Manager - Beckenham - Residential Fit Out

Are you site manager who is from a joinery background , islocal to Beckenham and has experience of managing the fit out or refurbishment of high-endresidentialhousing projects?

We are currently recruiting for the role of site manager on behalf of a main contractor who have been appointed to manage the refurbishment of residential project in Beckenham, which starts on the 28th October and lasts 10 weeks.

Site Manager Role & Responsibilities:

Ensuring the health,safety and well-being of site operatives
Coordination of subcontractors and site labour
Monitoring and keeping project within programme
Site paperwork and diary
Progress reports
Ordering materials

Experience & Requirements:

Joinery background
Residential refurbishment experience
References from last two projects
SMSTS, First Aid
The pay rate is 270 per day and we can pay CIS or Ltd.
