Role:
- Lead and manage Year 3 classes, ensuring all students are progressing well in their learning
- Create and maintain a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with fellow teachers to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive academically
- Develop tailored lesson plans to suit a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Create a love of learning and help students build confidence in their academic abilities
- Be a positive role model and help students develop socially and emotionally in addition to academically
Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher from a Russell Group University in a core subject and strong A-Levels
- QTS and PGCE are essential
- Previous experience working as a primary school teacher
- Determination, confidence and a hard-working attitude
