The Quantity Surveyor Role

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on a variety of Residential projects, both public and private sector.
- Managing pre- and post-contract duties with precision and confidence.
- Working closely with a talented team, with senior members always on hand for guidance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Good pre and post contract experience
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a construction consultancy
- A successful track record leading projects & the ability to work independently on schemes (with support from senior team members)
- The ability to travel to Bromley when working from the office
