Join our Outstanding-rated Secondary School in South London as a Receptionist. We are looking for a highly organised and professional individual with experience in school reception roles. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient running of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
• Use school management systems such as SIMS and Bromcom to maintain records.
• Provide administrative support to staff and management.
• Handle student and parent enquiries efficiently.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a school receptionist role.
• Proficiency in SIMS and Bromcom.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy school environment.
