This multidisciplinary construction company is seeking an Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their team. They deliver eleven core services - Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying, Joint Venture Management, Health, Safety & Environmental (including the Principal Designer role), Fund/Bank Monitoring Services, Clerk of Works, Laser Scanning and CAD Services, Sustainability Services and CIF Service. Offering upto £40,000 DOE.Your new role:

  • Have an interest in working with historic buildings or conservation projects within the UK
  • Can demonstrate some experience in technical detailing
  • Happy to develop laser scanning surveys (training will be provided)
  • Experience with measured surveys (Essential)
  • Happy to get involved on site the majority of the time/ workload
  • Happy to travel around London
  • Be responsible, punctual and organised
  • Excel experience an advantage
