Description

The key focus of this role is to drive HR Projects, specifically a TUPE.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Drive HR prjects, along with HRBP BAU duties.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advsior.
  • TUPE experience is essential.
  • People-oriented and results-driven demonstrable experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK labour law.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
