Finance Administrator

An exciting opportunity to support the financial processes of a dynamic organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of the finance department by managing key administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and support payroll runs.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain purchase order processing systems and handle financial queries.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or finance administration.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (e.g., Xero).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives under deadlines.
