Role Overview: As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of the company. You will be responsible for managing month-end accounting processes, overseeing transactional finance elements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute month-end accounting processes.
- Oversee transactional finance elements, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong experience in month-end accounting processes.
- Proficiency in managing reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
