What You Will Do:

  • Support certification delivery for products, ensuring comprehensive administration and technical support.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the company, enhancing the efficiency of the Homologation process.
  • Assist the Homologation team with technical services in meetings, handling information requests, and preparing supporting documents.
  • Aid program delivery alongside engineers to meet certification schedules, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Manage internal tasks including budgeting, data collection, and adherence to internal processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
  • Maintain and support the database for Homologation document creation and manage documentation for various markets.

What You Will Bring:

  • A strong administration background, confident with tasks including diary management and organising documentation.
  • Previous experience in homologation or a related field within the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask effectively between various tasks.
  • A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic personality, with a flexible approach to working hours and practices.
