We are on the lookout for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated Student Experience Coordinator to support and enhance the student journey. The Role:

??? Job Title - Student Experience Coordinator?? Location - Bedfordshire? Hours - Part-time (25 hrs per week)?? Contract Length - Temporary?? Pay Rate - £14 - £16 per hour (depending on qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing:

?? Support student engagement and well-being throughout their academic journey.?? Organise and coordinate events, activities, and workshops to enhance student experience.?? Act as a key point of contact for students, providing guidance, signposting, and support.?? Collaborate with academic and support teams to improve student satisfaction.?? Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying areas for additional support.?? Stay up to date with best practices in student support and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

?? Previous experience in a student support or engagement role within an educational setting.?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and stakeholders.?? Ability to plan and deliver events, activities, and student initiatives.?? Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to support student needs effectively.?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms used for student engagement.?? An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
