Our client based in Wixams Bedford are looking for an Account Manager on a permanent basis. The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) Monday to Friday. Working within a supportive and experienced team
The role involves:-
- Account Manage multiple clients (6 to 7)
- Manage client expectations
- Manage, retain and ensure appropriate service delivery
- Build relationships and facilitate the growth of the business
- Provide information to allow for the monitoring and management of client profitability
- Respond to clients via email/phone
- Project manage specific client driven activities such as audits, site visits or tours etc
