Summary of the Account Manager role
Salary: up to £26,000Location: BedfordType of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hour working week Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Act as primary contact for requests for orders and quotes.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer escalations.
- Ensure orders are managed and shipped in a timely manner.
- Expite the orders.
- Issuing credit notes
- Answer telephone queries.
Requirements for a successful Account Manager
- Previous account management experience.
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
