Salary: up to £25,000 per annumLocation: Bedford - 100% office basedType of Contract: PermanentHours: Monday - Friday full-time
Responsibilities of theCustomer Account Manager - Spares
- Process and dispatch of spares machine parts.
- Respond to queries and update customers on order progression.
- Convert quotes into orders.
- Raise and progress purchase orders.
- Log all incoming orders.
- Monitor spares inventory, reporting status to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements for a successful Customer Account Manager - Spares
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Well organised with excellent time management.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
