We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager - Spares based in Bedford to join our client's on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities of theCustomer Account Manager - Spares

  • Process and dispatch of spares machine parts.
  • Respond to queries and update customers on order progression.
  • Convert quotes into orders.
  • Raise and progress purchase orders. 
  • Log all incoming orders. 
  • Monitor spares inventory, reporting status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements for a successful Customer Account Manager - Spares

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well organised with excellent time management. 
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Attention to detail.
