Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated waiting and bar staff to join our client. As a member of waiting staff and bar staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
