Caretaker

Duration: Approximately 1 month

We are seeking a Caretaker for a varied and dynamic role lasting approximately one month. This position is vital to maintaining the smooth running of our clients’ education facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

General building maintenance, including tasks such as painting.
Facilities management, including refilling essential chemicals and supplies.
Groundskeeping duties, such as gritting walkways to maintain safety.

Requirements:

Must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate, including the Child Barred List Check.
Proven experience in general maintenance and facilities work is highly desirable.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring high standards of safety and upkeep.
