Hours:Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm & Friday 8am to 4pm

Our client is seeking a Team Administrator to provide essential support across the business. This hybrid role combines PA duties, office administration, and operational support, offering variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support:Maintain company records, manage staff holidays, training, and appraisals, and oversee supply chain records.
- Director Support:Provide diary management, reminders, and assistance with correspondence, payments, and ad hoc tasks.
- Project Support:Assist with document control, compliance requirements, and contract handovers.
- Business Promotion:Help with website updates, social media posts, and attending job fairs.
- General Duties:Coordinate company vehicle servicing, issue reports, and provide cover for staff holidays or sickness.
About You:
- Previous admin or PA experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
