As a butcher, you will be working in a slaughter environment, playing a key role in the daily operations of our business while ensuring top-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cutting meats to customer specifications in a slaughter environment.
• Handling carcasses, boning, trimming, and processing various meats.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the work environment.
• Assisting in stock control and inventory management.
• Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role, particularly in a slaughter environment.
• Ability to handle all aspects of butchery, including boning, trimming, and preparing meats.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a slaughter environment with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay of £12.21 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
• Monday to Friday shifts: 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM.
• Full-time, permanent position.
