My client, based in Bedford, is looking for a highly organised customer service administrator to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and engineers so having an excellent telephone manner and a positive can-do attitude is a must. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administrative role where you have had to utilise attention to detail in a heavy workload.
This role also requires 'On Call’ weekend work which will be 1 in 4 weekends. This will involve taking home an on-call phone and an iPad (On call rate paid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain daily activity reports, consulting with the site manager via phone or email.
- Forward incident reports and relevant video footage to appropriate parties.
- Review and authorise invoices from keyholding companies.
- Consult with clients and staff to address their needs and concerns.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for various matters.
- Manage and organize engineer schedules and workdays.
- Input and maintain accurate data records.
- Configure and manage CCTV systems using Hik software.
- Oversee and manage the administrative team's email inbox.
- Assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks and provide coverage during absences.
